a theoretical pattern for controlling administrative corruption

administrative corruption, is a phenomenon which more or less in all societies have been in different degrees and by no means is not limited to a special group of countries. of course undersanding of each society according to its cultural links is different from the other concepts of other countries; these are many cases which their occurance in a country is a general task but at the other country is judged as abnormal behavior. in islamic republic of iran because of holding a noble culture and islamic roots which in any way with specific delimiting between good and bad has condemned and disapproved any kind of immoral behavior. emergening and spreading official deviations are worthless and forbidden case. even if, apparently and under many factors, especially economical bottlenecks to be a general task. in this article, the subject of “administrative corruption” has considered with emphasizing on words of embezzlement and bribery as a society difficulties and providing a theoretical framework for fight it for this reason, after describing corruption from different angles, and there has briefly been referred to its different form and the way of emergence spread of it in various society and then with expressing its existence factors in this situation of country, have offered suggestions in two stage in the from of a theorethical pattern.
